High Performance Concealed Bearing Hinge is designed for severe duty usage such as airport and hospital application which has both performance and design element built in.

Specifications and Features

– EN1935:2002 Grade 14 Tested and Certified (Highest Available Grade).

– AISI304 stainless steel material for high corrosion resistance (AISI316 material available on request)

– Concealed Bearing Design for Minimalistic Appearance

– Low maintenance on the bearing for longevity of the performance.

– Designed for metal or timber fire rate door set

– Suitable for wide range of door thickness/weight (up to 160kg*)

– Supplied with CSK stainless steel screws

– Security stub version available upon request

* Weight of the door set including all hardware fitted must be considered towards the load on the hinges. Advice regarding use of door closing device please refer to Annex E of BS EN 1935

* Dimension of the door must be fitted according to EN1935 standard. Advice regarding the use of hinges on doors with excessive width/height please refer to Annex D of BS EN 1935
